About Diane

I have proudly called Ward 1 in Bethel Park home my entire life. My family moved here in 1927, and I chose to stay and raise my own family in this community. Bethel Park has always been more than just a place to live — it’s home, and I’ve dedicated my time and energy to making it the best it can be.

You’ll often find me out in the community, working with neighbors, listening to concerns, and finding ways to make a difference. These conversations and experiences have given me a unique perspective on what makes Bethel Park such a wonderful place to live, and what we can do together to make it even better.

If elected to serve on Council, I won’t just represent you — I’ll be an advocate for you. My focus is on affordability, ensuring Bethel Park remains a place where families can stay and thrive with reasonable home prices and low taxes. I’m committed to expanding resources by working with government and community partners to create programs that benefit our seniors, youth, and families. And above all, I believe in community. It truly takes a village, and I want to continue building a Bethel Park where we take care of one another

My roots in Bethel Park run deep. After graduating from Bethel Park High School in 1985, I went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from CCAC, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Point Park University, and later a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College. Education has always been important to me, and I’ve used what I’ve learned to give back to the community that raised me.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in many roles. I co-founded The SEED Project, which created Operation Feed a Neighbor and the Samuel and Anna Mae Richardson Community Garden — efforts focused on helping families in need and strengthening our sense of community. I also volunteer with Adopt-a-Family, ensuring local families have support during difficult times.

In my professional life, I serve as the Executive Director of a faith-based nonprofit that supports youth and families. I also run my own small business, Reverse Aging Natural Energy Spa (RANES), where I’ve been able to connect with people one-on-one in meaningful ways. My time as a board member and Director of Operations for the Bethel Park Chamber of Commerce gave me the opportunity to help relaunch the organization and support local businesses. In addition, I’ve worked as a facilitator for social and emotional learning training, equipping people with tools to build resilience and stronger relationships.

These experiences have been recognized through awards such as the Outstanding Service to the Community Award, given by Mayor Jack Allen, and the Citizen of the Year Award, presented by Judge Ron Arnoni. While I’m grateful for those honors, the real reward has always been the chance to make a difference in people’s lives.

Through every role I’ve held — whether in leadership, business, or volunteer service — I’ve stayed committed to one simple principle: caring for people and making Bethel Park stronger.

I’d be honored for your vote on November 4, 2025!
